Day 1: Nairobi – Wildlife & Culture
Morning:
– arrive at Jomo Kenyatta international airport where our professional guide will meet you and transfer to the hotel.on a comfortable minivan or safari jeep.
Check-in then have a briefing on what to expect. Overnight at : Giraffe Manor Iconic boutique manor where giraffes roam into the gardens—and even the breakfast room. Highly exclusive. Giraffe Centre (both parks take 3-4 hours)
Located in Nairobi’s peaceful Karen suburb, the Giraffe Centre is a conservation sanctuary dedicated to the endangered Rothschild giraffe. Here, visitors can enjoy a rare up-close experience — feeding giraffes by hand, learning about their biology and threats, and understanding Kenya’s efforts to protect them.
Visit David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage
visit the elephant orphanage, known as the David Sheldrick wildlife trust. The sanctuary provides care to dozens of orphaned elephants and rhinos from all over the country with the goal of being able to release them into the wild. If you haven’t read Daphne Sheldrick’s memoir love, Life and elephants, we highly recommend it. You get to watch as they are fed bottles by the handlers, play in the muddy waters, If you’re lucky you might get a chance to touch one if it comes up to the rope. Visitors learn about the rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned elephants, many of whom lost their mothers to poaching or human conflict. You can “adopt” an orphaned elephant online to support its care and rehabilitation.

overnight at Giraffe Manor as the safari to maasai mara begins the next day in the morning after having breakfast
Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, lip balm. Insect repellent (possibly tropical version, should be applied every 6-8 hours).
Clothing must be comfortable, bring long changes of clothes for the evening and early morning, t-shirt and shorts for the day, but remember to bring several changes because the red soil of the savannah can be annoying. Also remember a swimsuit because in the accommodations there is often a swimming pool and comfortable shoes (possibly old and not white to avoid the risk of staining them). Also important are essential medicines, including painkillers for common headaches, medicine for dysentery, paracetamol and eye drops for any dirt in the eyes.
Day 2: Nairobi → Masai Mara

The Maasai are known for their nomadic lifestyle, deep warrior traditions, and strong spiritual connection to cattle. Despite modern influence, many still preserve their traditional customs and language (Maa).
